OUR PASSION is centered around the idea of bringing people together through food.  We strive to create an EXPERIENCE that CELEBRATES life.  WE BELIEVE that when people GATHER they have the OPPORTUNITY to build life long relationships.  OUR VISION is simple START SMALL - DREAM BIG.  WE VALUE the TRADITIONS of our culture and think that our identity if found in our HISTORY.  OUR STORY began on a SMALL FARM in Erath, Louisiana where the Colomb family BROKE BREAD for the first time.
